Fix Vista UAC issues

I have just tried to follow Nick  Veitch's video on this subject, but had to give up because of his habit of dropping his voice at the end of sentences, usually the most important part. This despite having my laptop's volume set to maximum and using headphones.

If you want to use this method of communication you really should employ professionals to read the script or else take a course in public speaking.
