Tutorial Videos

I have recently had to do a complete reinstallation of Win XP on my Dell Dimension C521.I installed all drivers, service packs, flash player etc. all seemed to work well. When I tried to play a tutorial on my PCAnswers disk, it was impossible to see as it was so dark.My PC plays all videos OK, so no problem there, as I'm able to play videos from the net, it's just the tutorials on the PCA disk that are the problem, the disk itself plays fine. Please can you help me with this problem?

Funnily enough, this

Funnily enough, this question is asked in the Aug issue, Mailbox.

The options are, check your codecs are up to date, check that all your drivers are up to date. Especially your graphic card drivers.

I suspect that you already have your answer. There are several remarkable coincidences between your post and the info in the Mailbox Letter  Laughing
